Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Services and Operational Procedures: Plan and implement the type of services to be offered and develop operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly review the performance of your team members and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our employees and customers.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, organized, reliability, and team player.
