Service Designer

Are you a creative problem solver with a passion for designing user-centered experiences?

We're looking for a skilled Service Designer to join our team at Tangerine. As a Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize design opportunities
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design and prototype user experiences for web, mobile, and tablet applications
  • Communicate design concepts and solutions to stakeholders through effective storytelling and presentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in design research, service design, CX strategy, innovation strategy, or a closely related field
  • 3+ years of experience applying Design Thinking principles
  • 3+ years of experience working in an agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience in Service Design
  • Working knowledge of user interface best practices for web, mobile, tablet sites, and apps
