Customer Experience Team

The Customer Experience (CX) team at Brex is dedicated to providing our clients with continuous, live support as they navigate the growth of their businesses. Our enthusiastic team is focused on delivering the highest quality support experience, ensuring that every interaction leaves our customers feeling satisfied and inspired.

We prioritize customer retention by upholding rigorous standards in our service delivery, aiming to make every conversation meaningful.

Role Overview: Support Specialist I

As a Support Specialist I at Brex, your primary objective will be to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to establish and maintain high service standards, always communicating with empathy and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively address customer inquiries in a timely and considerate manner through various communication channels.
  • Contribute actively to team objectives and successes.
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer support and recognize its critical role in a customer-centric organization.
  • Communicate technical issues clearly and tactfully.
  • Bring prior experience from a customer-facing role, preferably in a support capacity.
  • Possess or have recently held a Series 7 and/or 63 securities license.
  • Be open to working overtime as needed.

Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from 00 CAD to $24.00 CAD, with the starting pay influenced by factors such as location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal pay equity.

This pay range reflects a standard work week, and as an hourly employee, you will receive overtime pay for hours worked beyond this.
