Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to spearhead our revenue growth strategy and lead our sales team to achieve exceptional results. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our market presence, and fosters a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a Strong Sales Team
    • Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team
    • Set KPIs and sales targets, and support the team in meeting quotas
    • Identify gaps in knowledge and approach, and create ongoing sales training to meet these needs
  • Spearhead the Revenue Strategy
    • Design and implement the team's strategy, ensuring alignment with the short and long-term goals of the organization
    • Design and roll out a proven sales process
    • Dive into market needs and trends to update demand pricing and gross margin optimization
  • Grow Our Presence
    • Prospect and close new enterprise and mid-sized clients
    • Develop deep insights and industry knowledge to identify new market and product opportunities
    • Co-create and approve our marketing strategy and messaging
  • Executive Administration
    • Own the demand plan and expected updates
    • Prepare and present dashboard reports, scorecards, budgets, projections, and annual sales
