Retail Store Manager

BC Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, apprentices, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of our store.
- Authorize payments, returns, and sales transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, merchandising reports, and personnel reports.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless store operations.
- 3-4 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer demands.
