Job Title: Director & Assistant Market Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Wealth Sales & Service team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our Private Wealth business. You will be working closely with our sales and service teams to develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Wealth Sales & Service team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of our Private Wealth services
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in wealth sales and service, with a strong track record of driving business growth and delivering exceptional client experiences
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies
  • Knowledge of our Private Wealth business and services, with the ability to communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders
