Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Autovilla Car Sales Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily activities, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and Develop Staff: Direct staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Administrative Support: Open and distribute mail, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory to ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Payroll and Data Entry: Oversee payroll administration and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to electronic enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Client Support: Consult with clients after sales to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
