Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at TRIUMPH ROOFING & SHEET METAL INC. as a key member of our construction crew.
Key Responsibilities- Load, Unload, and Transport Materials: Safely load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Erect and Dismantle Forms and Scaffolding: Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Assist in Framing and Building: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
- Mix and Apply Materials: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance work on construction equipment and tools.
- Remove Debris: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Direct Traffic: Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work outdoors, in noisy, dusty, and potentially hazardous conditions.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Physical Demands: The ability to handle heavy loads, work in a physically demanding environment, and maintain attention to detail.
- Financial Benefits: As per collective agreement.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
