Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at BTS ACCOUNTING & TAX SERVICES INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop staff in accounting and financial procedures
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports
  • Ensure the smooth operation of accounting systems and equipment
  • Resolve financial issues and provide technical guidance to improve productivity and product quality
  • Verify the accuracy of financial transactions
  • Coordinate and review work assignments
  • Procure and manage financial resources, including materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair of accounting equipment
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and teams
  • Establish and maintain efficient work procedures and schedules
Supervision:
  • 1 to 2 direct reports
Requirements:
  • Efficient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Permanent full-time position
  • English language proficiency
  • 30 hours per week
