About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Novin Commercial Exchange Inc. as a Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and soliciting potential clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and solicit potential clients to promote our products and services.
  • Needs Assessment: Assess clients' needs and resources to recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Sales Contract Administration: Prepare and administer sales contracts to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Price Quotations: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Product Customization: Provide input into product design to tailor goods or services to meet clients' specific needs.
  • Post-Sale Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve any issues.
  • Training and Development: Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment.
  • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and resolve product and service-related issues.
Requirements
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field is an asset.
  • Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
