Job Title: Expert Development Performance

At Air Liquide, we are seeking a highly skilled Expert Development Performance to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the consistency between business practices and processes and the underlying IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess business needs and develop IT solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage the realization of functional requirements and validate development before user acceptance.
  • Collaborate with business owners to assist in business technology strategic development and solution discovery.
  • Act as the functional point of contact for the Supply Chain business area and link to IT resources.
  • Ensure IT resources are aligned with business needs and drive IT innovation and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Asset Management, and Manufacturing processes and applications.
  • Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
