Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at AKAL OPTICAL INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a fast-paced and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
