Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

BURRITO BOYZ is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Requisition Food and Supplies: Source and procure high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain our culinary standards.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional food and service.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure our food meets the highest standards.
  • Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate budget reports and forecasts to inform our culinary operations.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our culinary operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
