Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Revitalize Marketing Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Train other workers on new procedures and protocols to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to optimize workflow and productivity.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Conduct research to support business initiatives and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to provide visual accessibility accommodations, such as braille or screen readers.
  • Experience supporting social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Ability to offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Experience offering mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Veterans, Indigenous workers, and mature workers.
  • Ability to apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
