Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nursing Clinics Coordinator to join our team at Innomar Strategies. As a key member of our healthcare operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Provide exceptional patient service, greeting patients and assisting with iMD patient education requirements
    • Answer clinic phone and fax calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues
    • Confirm next appointment dates with patients
  • Supply Chain Management
    • Place orders for clinic office supplies and equipment
    • Receive and manage inventory for all assigned clinics
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with the Head Office Clinics Coordinator, Clinics Management Team, and Business Area Manager to facilitate new clinic start-ups
    • Communicate effectively with programs and pharmacies regarding missing medication or documentation
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare charts and medications for the next day's appointments
    • Transport medication, blood work, and supplies to other clinics as needed
    • Complete discontinued drug logs and assist with monthly inventory
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in medical office administration or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the healthcare industry
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong business and financial acumen
    • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Effective interpersonal and leadership skills
