Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at Flower City Contracting Services Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers in various construction settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to ensure high-quality results.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will work in various locations, including construction sites, warehouses, and other facilities. You will be exposed to different weather conditions and may be required to work at heights or in confined spaces.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Will train on the job to develop the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
