Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming, directing, and assisting participants, as well as notable guests;
  • Engaging with the public to showcase our initiatives and offerings;
  • Overseeing and facilitating tours of our facilities, conducting various activities, workshops for youth groups, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols;
  • Assisting in the preparation of events and compiling reports for future reference;
  • Training peers by clarifying tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in relevant fields (animation, cultural mediation, marketing communications, sales, cinema, theatre, or related disciplines);
  • A minimum of one year of experience in similar roles;

Key skills:

  • Experience in facilitation, comfort in engaging with children and the public, proactive approach, ability to motivate participants, strong communication skills, independence, interpersonal abilities, teamwork, understanding of cultural mediation principles, proficiency in French, and English.
