Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at SPIN Jeux & Activations. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings, including site selection, vendor management, and logistics.
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and itineraries.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of event materials, including marketing collateral and presentations.
- Coordinate and manage event services, including audio-visual, catering, and transportation.
- Ensure that all events are executed in a timely and professional manner, meeting the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- 2-3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
- Meeting co-ordinator/manager certification or special events co-ordinator/manager certification.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid driver's licence.
