The primary role of the Client Experience Specialist is to assist the Advisor and team with various administrative functions, enabling them to concentrate on client engagement. The CES works in close partnership with the team to foster a 'life planning' mindset for clients, ensuring they feel secure and motivated to chase their aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally manage client inquiries across multiple communication channels.
  • Oversee office scheduling, appointments, and events to ensure a tailored client experience.
  • Prepare documentation for meetings and coordinate account and trade instructions.
  • Verify the accuracy of paperwork, financial strategies, and client correspondence.
  • Enhance CRM and software systems for optimal efficiency.
  • Facilitate the client onboarding journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist in office and client management.
  • Proactively resolve client issues and identify areas for enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in an administrative or support capacity, ideally within financial advisory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office365, CRM software, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific platforms and fundamental insurance concepts.
  • Relevant certifications or ongoing education in related fields.
