Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Rosewood Medical Clinic.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of our clinic's healthcare policies.
Responsibilities- Consult with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, as well as inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases.
- Participate in healthcare policy and planning, and advise patients on healthcare matters.
- Report births, deaths, contagious diseases, and other health-related information to government authorities.
- Act as a patient advocate, coordinating and managing primary patient care, and providing acute care management.
- Offer counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
- College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP)
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and teamwork abilities.
