Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Specialist to join our team at Rosewood Medical Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting health and wellness in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Consultation and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough consultations with patients to evaluate their physical and mental health, and develop effective treatment plans.
- Medication Management: Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as needed, and monitor patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Preventive Care: Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases, and provide education on healthy lifestyle choices.
- Healthcare Policy and Planning: Participate in healthcare policy and planning to ensure that our clinic is providing the best possible care to our patients.
- Patient Education and Support: Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education: A degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a family medicine or primary care setting.
- Certifications and Licenses: College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP) and licensure by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
