Position Overview

We are excited to welcome a Lead Sales Training Strategist to our RevOps team within the Sales Enablement division. This role is pivotal as we enhance our Sales organization and invest in the development of our sales personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training frameworks and programs across all sales functions, from entry-level representatives to senior sales leaders.
  • Ensure consistent adoption of training initiatives to elevate the performance of all sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to enhance their capabilities as effective trainers, thereby improving individual and team performance, customer satisfaction, and collaborative selling efforts.
  • Create scalable and efficient training programs that minimize disruption to field activities.
  • Establish a robust Train the Trainer model to empower sales managers in developing their teams and providing constructive feedback on performance.
  • Work collaboratively to co-create, design, and implement the Remote sales methodology.
  • Measure engagement and progress of all sales personnel participating in training programs.
  • Partner with enablement and operations teams to develop role-specific blueprints for sales positions.
  • Equip Sales Managers and Leaders with essential coaching skills to optimize team performance.
  • Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new sales personnel.
  • Identify and address training needs at all levels, including sales representatives, managers, and leaders.
  • Create educational materials such as presentations, sales scripts, playbooks, and case studies.
  • Design training courses incorporating innovative techniques such as gamification, role-playing, and job simulations.
  • Solicit feedback on training programs from participants and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate employee performance following training sessions and monitor program costs.
  • Ensure all sales personnel meet and maintain required performance standards, including certification programs.
  • Uphold the core values of Care, Innovation, Intensity, Transparency, and Excellence in all sales activities.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in sales coaching and training within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A proven track record of success in a sales role with quota responsibilities.
  • Experience in implementing sales training methodologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to analyze metrics to develop effective enablement and training programs.
  • Familiarity with sales coaching tools.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing sales training programs that enhance performance and revenue.
  • Experience in adapting training for diverse global regions.
  • Strong knowledge of various sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in conducting remote training sessions.
  • Hands-on experience in creating engaging presentations and educational content.
