Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Simply Station Square Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish work schedules
    • Work Term: Permanent
    • Work Language: English
    • Hours: 40 hours per week
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
