Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Account Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Leadership and Team Management: Mentor and manage a team of sales and account management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Business Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform business development strategies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales and account growth experience in an agency setting, with at least 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Deep knowledge of digital production and creative technology, with experience in enterprise, real estate, and events.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with Hubspot and Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign.
This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary range of $90k - $120k, plus performance bonus. We offer a hybrid work model, with a mix of remote and in-office work, and a dog-friendly office environment.
