Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IP Litigation Lawyer to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Intellectual Property department, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Correspond with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate and resolve disputes
  • Analyze and summarize complex legal documents to inform litigation strategies
  • Support attorneys and staff within the practice group to ensure seamless case management
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft a wide range of legal documents, including motions and agreements
Requirements
  • Strong command of trademark and intellectual property law
  • Solid understanding of intellectual property principles and regulations
  • Experience in litigation, preferably in intellectual property matters
  • Proficiency in patent and intellectual property law
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent academic credentials and professional references
  • Licensed attorney, called to the Bar in Ontario
