Job Summary

Church's Texas Chicken is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a clean and safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adapt to changing situations, such as a sudden increase in customer volume.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or customer service role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Team Member at Church's Texas Chicken, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends and holidays.
