Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons - 104501. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food and beverages to order, using manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces, as well as maintain a clean and organized storage area.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working under pressure. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
