Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Tasks: Arrange for billing, refunds, and credits, issue receipts and other forms, and perform general office duties.
  • Client Feedback: Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints, and provide meaningful information and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is private sector, and the primary language spoken is English. Free parking is available on site.
