About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Perry's Furniture. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts and provide advice to customers on merchandise.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

Perry's Furniture is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Sales Associate, you will be working in a furniture store environment and will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform other physical tasks as required.
