Customer Service Representative

Job SummaryThe Client Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and support throughout the repair process. This individual will be responsible for communicating with customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Process customers in a professional manner, providing clear and concise information about their repair status and any necessary next steps.
- Repair Progress Updates: Work closely with the repair team to ensure that customers are informed about the progress of their repairs, including any delays or changes to the original estimate.
- Insurance Coordination: Communicate with insurance companies to confirm coverage, process claims, and resolve any issues related to insurance coverage.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the repair team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in French and English.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Client Service Representative will work in a fast-paced repair center environment, with exposure to various elements, including fumes, dirt, chemicals, and noise.
