Your Contributions
In what may be your initial managerial position, you will ensure that Mondelez España Galletas Production SLU's safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and employee morale objectives are met for the lines under your supervision. This will involve breaking down overall targets into specific line and unit goals, ensuring that team members comprehend their individual performance objectives in relation to the broader targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for budget development and management, compliance, loss reduction, and workforce planning, which includes recruitment, retention, training, succession planning, and identifying high-potential team members. Your leadership is crucial for delivering top-quality snacks to our consumers.

- Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems
- Independently maintaining equipment in optimal condition, including executing AM & PM standards on dedicated machinery

- Leading production teams
- Effectively managing challenging interpersonal situations

Key Information About This Position:
The Production Team Supervisor role is vital at our manufacturing site. You will be tasked with leading a team of operators to achieve daily production targets. Your responsibilities will encompass managing daily manufacturing operations for one of Mondelez's esteemed brands, as well as contributing to departmental productivity initiatives. A primary focus of this role will be to cultivate and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere to drive sustainable performance.

Educational Background:
