HVAC Parts Sales Specialist

Position Overview:
Role Summary
The HVAC Parts Sales Specialist will engage in the sale of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning components, tools, and materials through both telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Offers technical assistance to clients. Responds to customer inquiries and identifies necessary components. Proactively informs customers about ongoing product promotions. May assist in the loading and unloading of shipments containing parts and equipment. Processes customer orders efficiently. Monitors inventory levels by documenting usage and assessing supply needs. Guides customers through standard procedures or problem resolution. Evaluates the most effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies. Adheres to safe handling practices for materials. Generates invoices for sales transactions at the counter. Participates in an after-hours customer service call schedule.Required Skills and Qualifications
Excellent customer service abilities. Must possess or be eligible to obtain a valid Class 5 driver's license. Demonstrates knowledge of effective sales techniques. Familiarity with HVAC systems and the capability to explain them to customers. Proficient in processing orders, quotes, credits, and backorders using computer systems. Understands basic inventory management and stocking practices. Capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exhibits strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening). Energetic and self-driven. Maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Committed to ongoing personal and professional development. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.-
