Position Overview

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Your expertise will guide our kitchen staff in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent culinary experience is also acceptable

The kitchen operates in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere, where you will encounter:

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining detailed records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Introducing innovative cooking techniques and equipment to the culinary team
  • Overseeing the activities of specialized chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel
  • Creating and developing new recipes
  • Training kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation
  • Preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty dishes for events
  • Supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Regularly preparing meals for guests and special functions
  • Managing food requisitions and kitchen supplies
  • Planning menus that meet quality standards
  • Providing training on food preparation and handling
