Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Analysis and Improvement

Define, analyze, and optimize existing processes to deliver business requirements and improvements across entire project and product life cycles.

Requirements Elicitation and Documentation

Elicit and document requirements from various levels of business users by determining operational objectives, goals, and constraints.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.

Technical Collaboration

Work with technical development teams, program managers, and business stakeholders to scope, estimate level of effort, and manage development.

System Requirements

Ensure all technical requirements are clearly defined to ensure the system is fit to deliver business value, is performant, and resilient.

Change Management

Support the development team in analyzing changes to data contracts and schemas.

Technical Issue Resolution

Ability to translate technical issues in simple terms to business users.

System Deployment and Support

Manage how system changes are deployed and responsible for supporting and training users on different systems/applications.

Adoption and Efficacy Monitoring

Monitor adoption and efficacy of new systems, process, and tools to identify areas of opportunity; recommends mitigation actions and process improvements.

Testing and UAT

Ability to create test cases and scenarios as well as facilitate UAT sessions.

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience

BA|BS degree is required, with a minimum of four years in a System Analyst role with focus on Information Technology and Supply Chain Management.

Technical Skills

Four plus years of technology experience working with warehouse management systems (PREFERRED HIGHJUMP AND/OR MANHATTAN ASSOCIATES).

Automation and Integration

Knowledge of automation of warehouses – Sorters, put to light, WCS integrations, with emphasis in integrations with host systems, shipping tools, parcel carriers.

Retail and eCommerce Operations

Knowledge of retail and/or eCommerce operations, specifically in the areas of ERP, and WMS.

Database Management

Experience with using SQL.

Prototyping and Process Flow

Experience leveraging prototyping, modeling, and process flow tools.

Workflows and Processes

Experience defining workflows and processes in a fast-paced, agile, distributed model.

Communication and Documentation

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Atlassian Suite

Experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, CONFLUENCE, ETCETERA) is a plus.

Language Skills

English, additional language(s) an advantage.
