  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Recruit and supervise staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel
  • Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
  • Manage incidents and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Source, select, and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout, and flow of our website
  • Design and integrate website-related code
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in IT project management and coordination
  • Strong knowledge of computer programming, development, and software programming
  • Experience with Agile and Jira
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
