About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at Formosa Tea Cafe. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience in our tea house.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of teas, coffee, and other beverages, as well as food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies, including food, beverages, and cleaning products.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate conventional ovens, electronic cash registers, and other equipment as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Setting: Urban area.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
