Lead Process Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Lead Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at CPB Contractors Pty Limited. This role is pivotal in steering a team of Process and Wet Mechanical Engineers to meet our quality, completion, and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and mentor a design team to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Facilitate Project Development initiatives through concept formulation and evaluation.
- Engage with current and prospective clients, collaborating with the Project Development team to fulfill client requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust network within the industry to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Supervise the creation of feasibility studies, surveys, design layouts, project deliverables, equipment specifications, bills of quantities, materials lists, and cost assessments.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Process, Chemical, or Metallurgy).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Process, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, specifically within the Mineral Processing sector.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities, coupled with advanced problem-solving skills.
