Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

  • Greet customers warmly and respond to their inquiries.
  • Proactively engage with customers to boost sales.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of product offerings and discuss available options.
  • Facilitate cross-selling, manage merchandise returns, and build trustworthy relationships with customers.
  • Adhere to inventory management procedures and visual merchandising standards.
  • Represent our brand with pride and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales objectives.
  • Assist with cash handling and inventory tasks, including restocking items.
  • Support corporate gifting initiatives and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales or a similar role.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and sales strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
  • Experience with point-of-sale transactions.
  • Familiarity with inventory management practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, energetic demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A genuine passion for chocolate.
