- Service Coordination: Plan and coordinate social services, working with community partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a community support role.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, and strong judgment and decision-making skills.
- Personal Qualities: Accurate, efficient, and organized, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and health care plan.
- Work Environment: 40 hours per week, permanent position.
- Language: English.
