About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at CFMWS. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail stores, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and achieve our sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the overall retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and control expenses, including inventory costs, to ensure profitability.
  • Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets customer needs and drives sales.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and visual merchandising principles.
