Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at K.P. LABOUR CONTRACTOR LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented correctly
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing supplies, equipment, and forms
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
