Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at K.P. LABOUR CONTRACTOR LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are implemented correctly
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including managing supplies, equipment, and forms
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
