Job Title: Handyman/Woman

Deluxe Oak Bay Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep and repair of our properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and drywall repair.
  • Operate industrial equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and power tools.
  • Assist with repairs and maintenance of heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as required, including snow removal and plant care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and initiative a must.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Environment:
