Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Whitewater Rafting Guide to lead our guests on thrilling river adventures. As a Whitewater Rafting Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our clients while navigating the rapids and scenic stretches of our rivers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of guests on whitewater rafting trips, providing instruction and guidance on river safety and navigation.
  • Operate and maintain watercraft, including rafts and kayaks, to ensure safe and efficient transportation of guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing weather and river conditions.
  • Collaborate with other guides and staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a whitewater rafting guide or in a related outdoor adventure field.
  • Advanced Wilderness First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with frequent exposure to sun, wind, and water.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
