Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Whitewater Rafting Guide to lead our guests on thrilling river adventures. As a Whitewater Rafting Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our clients while navigating the rapids and scenic stretches of our rivers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of guests on whitewater rafting trips, providing instruction and guidance on river safety and navigation.
  • Operate and maintain watercraft, including rafts and kayaks.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
  • Collaborate with other guides and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a whitewater rafting guide or in a related field.
  • Advanced Wilderness First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of guiding on the river.
