Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Whitewater Rafting Guide to lead our guests on thrilling river adventures. As a Whitewater Rafting Guide, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our clients while navigating the rapids and scenic stretches of our rivers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead groups of guests on whitewater rafting trips, providing instruction and guidance on river safety and navigation.
  • Assess river conditions and make decisions to ensure the safety of guests.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest needs and concerns.
  • Maintain equipment and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Participate in pre-trip planning and preparation, including route planning and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with other guides and staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a whitewater rafting guide or in a related field.
  • Wilderness First Aid Certificate and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
  • Physical stamina to handle the demands of guiding on the river.
