Sales Associate

Job Summary:
The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
- Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
- Meet the minimum age requirement of 16.
- Perform physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and standing/walking for 8 hours.
Important Note:
The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.

- You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
