About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Elder Tree Montessori. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination

Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with staff and external parties.

Communication and Reception

Answer telephone calls, respond to electronic enquiries, and greet visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience for our clients and staff.

Administrative Tasks

Perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, and maintain accurate records and databases.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
