Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Analyst III to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Global Operations and Business Services function, you will provide deep technical subject matter expertise and analysis to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and analysis to identify and document process exceptions and issues.
  • Lead work streams and projects, acting as a project lead and subject matter expert.
  • Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new products, services, and operational efficiencies.
  • Provide accurate and thorough analysis of key process drivers and root causes of operational issues.
  • Accountable for cross-functional interdepartmental initiatives to deliver value internally and to partner/customer groups.
  • Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures according to SLA requirements.
  • Develop and implement standards, policies, procedures, and solutions to mitigate risk and maximize availability of service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience and/or post-graduate degree and/or certifications.
