About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Caper Hardware Deployment Ops team, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of our Caper carts in the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warehouse Operations
    • Develop and implement efficient warehouse operations processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
    • Manage inventory levels and control stock movements to minimize waste and optimize storage capacity.
    • Collaborate with logistics and inventory personnel to ensure precise preparation and recording of warehouse items for shipment.
  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Develop and implement procedures for equipment maintenance and support to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, productivity, and inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage projects and day-to-day operations with a sense of urgency and without compromising quality.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JHSC Certified.
  • Valid Reach truck Operator Certification.
