Key Responsibilities
  • Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Prepare and serve specialty dishes at customers' tables.
  • Present bills to customers and process payments via cash, credit, debit cards, or other accepted methods.
  • Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, including daily specials.
  • Enforce liquor legislation and regulations as required.
  • Offer recommendations on menu selections.
  • Balance cash and record sales accurately.
  • Clear and maintain cleanliness of tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Advise on wine selections and perform sensory evaluations.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and assist with inquiries regarding food and beverages.
  • Manage inventory of wines and glassware.
  • Supervise other serving staff and bus staff as needed.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar personnel.
  • Assist guests with special needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
Technical Skills

Familiarity with point of sale systems is essential.

Safety and Security

A criminal record check is required for this position.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads.
  • Physically demanding tasks.
